At Petrol Ofisi Group, we continue our efforts to increase women's employment, in line with our equal opportunity mission and gender equality policy. Thanks to the egalitarian environment we provide, we became the first company in the industry to receive the İş’te Eşit Kadın Certificate in March 2023 and launched the Equal Steps at Work project in order to continue improving women's participation in business life.
Within the scope of the Equal Steps at Work project, we aim to have a 30% frontline female employee rate in our more than 1900 stations. We provide frontline training to our colleagues and closely monitor their professional development.
We support both our frontline team members and our dealers by providing them with opportunities in equality, diversity, and inclusion. We ease the burden of our dealers in accessing qualified human resources and continue our consistent investments in this field.
