Petrol Ofisi Group continues to expand its station investment activities with the opening of two fuel stations in Samandıra—one of İstanbul’s fastest-growing districts and a strategically significant location along the Anatolian Motorway. Petrol Ofisi Samandıra South and North stations, distinguished by their modern architecture, robust infrastructure, and superior service quality, are expected to welcome approximately 2.5 million vehicles annually.
The traditional leader of Türkiye’s fuel market, Petrol Ofisi Group has expanded its service network with two major stations built on the Anatolian Motorway in Samandıra, one of İstanbul’s busiest areas. The inauguration of these strategically located, high-capacity stations designed to meet all driver needs was attended by Petrol Ofisi Group CEO Mehmet Abbasoğlu, Petrol Ofisi Group Retail Director Ömür Gebeş, and Mirkelam Roadhouse Chairman Mahmut Mirkelam.
Commenting on the new openings, Petrol Ofisi Group Retail Director Ömür Gebeş said, “With nearly 2,700 stations, Petrol Ofisi Group stands as Türkiye’s most extensive fuel distribution network. We plan our investments with this awareness, designing the service chain at our stations—which have evolved into retail destinations—as an integral part of our customers’ journey experience. Our goal is to create a service ecosystem that seamlessly combines speed, quality, and trust at every point of contact. The new stations we have opened along the Anatolian Motorway—one of the most strategic routes in the country’s highway network—reflect this approach. Located along the İstanbul-Ankara route, which accommodates over 180 million vehicles annually, our new stations strengthen our leadership in the retail segment of the industry.”
Built in response to high vehicle traffic and increasing customer demand, the two stations stand out not only for their fuel and lubricant sales but also for their retail offerings. Beyond serving as refueling points, the stations have been designed as enjoyable rest and refreshment spaces for drivers. The Market Plus convenience stores within the facilities provide drivers with a comfortable shopping and relaxation experience through a wide product range, spacious interiors, and premium refreshment options. Designed to serve drivers traveling along the Anatolian Motorway, the Petrol Ofisi Samandıra South and North stations are expected to welcome approximately 2.5 million vehicles per year.
