Turkey's energy infrastructure group Petrol Ofisi continues to support the Galatasaray women's football team as the naming and jersey chest sponsor for the 2023-2024 season.
Turkey's energy infrastructure group Petrol Ofisi continues its support to raise awareness of women's football in our country, thus creating an area where new women players can grow. The Petrol Ofisi Group's naming and jersey chest sponsorship agreement with Galatasaray, one of the most important clubs in Turkish women's football, is also ongoing in the 2023-2024 season. The club is also fighting for the name Galatasaray Petrol Ofisi in the new season.
"It is unthinkable that a flag-bearing brand that takes its power from this territory like the Petrol Ofisi, should not put its hand under stone for the benefit of society," Sinan Seha Türkseven, the Petrol Ofisi Group CMO, said. “In this context, we also attach great importance to investing in women's football, which is receiving ever-increasing interest. Because we believe that women's football brings great benefits to both the development of our society and the healthy development of the sports economy. That is why we will continue to invest in football and the future in Turkey, inspired by the fight of the women's football team at Galatasaray Petrol Ofisi." he said.
Emir Aral, Galatasaray Borad Member, said about the sponsorship: "As Galatasaray Sports Club, we care very much about our women's teams, our women players. Our club is using all its capabilities as Turkey's pioneer sports club with the principle that women should be more involved in social life. Galatasaray and the Petrol Ofisi are continuing to expand the partnership that started last year for our women's football team this year. Our naming sponsorship, the Petrol Ofisi, will also be in the chest of our jersey this season. Galatasaray Petrol Ofisi Women's Football Team has made a very good start to the league. We continue with four wins in our first four matches in the league. We hope that the end will be a championship and that your achievements will continue. Once again, we thank the Petrol Ofisi, which has not left us alone on this road and has not lost its support.”
