PO Ultra Gres CS series are greases produced by calcium sulfonate complex thickeners. This special thickener provides high resistance for extreme pressure and corrosion and protects the equipment even at highly humidied environment. It has excellent water wash out resistance characteristic.

Applications

It is recommended to use in heavy loaded and water saturated operations in paper and steelwork applications. Other suitable applications are listed below.

  • Continuous casting lines
  • Heavy industrial applications working under extreme pressure and temperature even with water presence
  • Pot turret bearings
  • Paper mills
  • Rolling mill bearings

Benefits

• Performs excellent even under shock loads due to its qualified EP additives. • Has lower bleeding point compared to standard greases with Lithium thickener. • Highly resistant for water wash out and water spray. Thus, prevents corrosion even at highly humidified medium due to calcium sulfonate thickener and extends lubrication interval. • Reduces maintenance costs. • Due to its high dropping point, provides wide working temperature range. Suitable to be used up to 180 °C.
