Campaign Terms & Conditions
- In order for Hepsiburada Premium members to benefit from the Petrol Ofisi fuel campaign, they must download the Petrol Ofisi Mobile App on an iOS or Android device and enter the campaign participation code provided by Hepsiburada once per month via the relevant campaign under the Partnership Campaigns section on the app’s homepage.
- To earn rewards from the campaign, fuel purchases must be made using a Positive Card or a registered license plate saved in the Petrol Ofisi Mobile App. If registration is made via license plate, license plate verification must be completed at Petrol Ofisi station markets during the first fuel purchase. Once verified, points will be earned automatically from all purchases and campaigns can be utilized.
- The campaign is valid for fuel and/or autogas purchases made between January 1 – January 31, 2026 at BP and Petrol Ofisi stations by Positive Card members participating in the campaign with a registered license plate or Positive Card.
- A TRY 110 worth of Positive Points will be earned for the first single fuel and/or autogas purchase of TRY 1,500 or more. A second different purchase of TRY 1,500 or more will also earn TRY 110 worth of Positive Points, allowing customers to earn a total of TRY 220 worth of Positive Points.
- Each customer can benefit from the campaign a maximum of two times during the campaign period. After two qualifying purchases, the campaign benefit cannot be used again.
- The campaign code provided by Hepsiburada is personal and non-transferable. In case of cancellation or return for any reason, the code will not be reactivated. Each code can only be used once.
- Customers may contact the Customer Support Line at 0800 211 02 29 for any inquiries or suggestions regarding the campaign.
- Within the scope of the campaign, only the first transaction made at the same station on the same day will be considered valid.
- The fuel reward granted under the campaign will be credited instantly and can be used only for fuel purchases at Positive Card member BP and Petrol Ofisi stations until February 15.
- 100 Positive Points are equivalent to TRY 1 worth of fuel.
- Campaign details can be viewed under the Partnership Campaigns section in the Petrol Ofisi Mobile App.
- Positive Points earned at Petrol Ofisi can only be used for fuel purchases at Positive Card–affiliated Petrol Ofisi and BP stations. Earned fuel points cannot be converted into cash and cannot be used for market or lubricant purchases.
- All participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. The general terms and conditions of the Positive Card application form apply within the scope of the campaign.
- Petrol Ofisi A.Ş. and Hepsiburada reserve the right to amend the campaign terms or cancel the campaign if deemed necessary.
- Discounted transactions are not included in the campaign. This campaign cannot be combined with other campaigns or discounts.
