Campaign Terms and Conditions
• To benefit from the campaign, customers must log in to the Petrol Ofisi Mobile Application and become a member.
• Customers must participate in the relevant campaign by clicking the “Join” button on the Campaign page in the Petrol Ofisi Mobile Application.
• The campaign is valid for fuel purchases made between 10 August 2026 and 10 September 2026 at Petrol Ofisi and BP stations by Positive Card members who have joined the campaign and complete their transactions using their registered license plate or Positive Card.
• After joining the campaign, customers who make a single fuel purchase of TRY 2,500 or more during the campaign period will be eligible to benefit from the campaign.
• Customers who meet the campaign requirements can access their TOD TV 1-Month Türkiye Süper Ligi and Entertainment (Movies & Series) Package voucher code via the My Account – My Rewards section of the Petrol Ofisi Mobile Application.
• Each voucher code may only be used once. Customers who meet the campaign requirements will be entitled to receive only one (1) voucher code per qualifying transaction.
• Campaign voucher codes are unique to the customer and may not be transferred, sold, exchanged for cash, or used more than once.
• Voucher codes earned under the campaign are valid only for TOD TV memberships.
• Customers may activate their voucher codes at https://www.todtv.com.tr/kupon-kodu or via the TOD application to access the package and start using the available content. Customers will not be able to benefit from the content offered under the campaign unless the voucher code is activated.
• Each voucher code is valid for one (1) month from the date of activation. The final activation date for voucher codes is 1 January 2027. Any voucher code not activated by this date will become invalid.
• Access to content offered on the TOD platform is limited to the period during which the relevant broadcasting rights are held and made available by TOD. If such broadcasting rights expire or their scope changes, TOD shall have no obligation to provide any additional or replacement services.
• The campaign is limited to a total of 200,000 voucher codes, subject to availability. If all voucher codes are redeemed, Petrol Ofisi A.Ş. reserves the right to terminate the campaign before the stated campaign end date.
• The campaign cannot be combined with any other campaigns or promotions.
• Technical support requests regarding TOD membership, voucher code activation, and broadcasting services provided under the campaign will be handled by TOD Customer Services. Customers should primarily contact Live Customer Support at https://www.todtv.com.tr/ana-sayfa?r=tod-destek and, where necessary, may contact the TOD Customer Services Call Center at +90 212 473 73 73.
• For requests and suggestions regarding the campaign that customers wish to submit to Petrol Ofisi, they may contact the Petrol Ofisi Customer Advisory Line at 0800 211 02 29.
• All customers participating in the campaign shall be deemed to have accepted these Campaign Terms and Conditions.
• PETROL OFİSİ A.Ş. and MENKAR TELEVİZYON YAYINCILIK A.Ş. reserve the right to amend these Campaign Terms and Conditions or to suspend or terminate the campaign.
