Campaign Terms & Conditions

• To benefit from the campaign, it is required to download the mobile application and register for the campaign. After registering in the mobile application, users must select the campaign from the campaign page and click the “Join Now” button to participate.
• After joining the campaign via the mobile application, users must click the “Earn with QR” button on the campaign page and scan the coffee QR code provided by the cashier to receive rewards.
• The campaign is valid for purchases of all types of coffee, hot chocolate, and salep made at participating Petrol Ofisi stations.
• Coffees purchased from Tchibo machines located inside Migros stores at Petrol Ofisi stations are not included in the campaign.
• Within the scope of the campaign, a customer can earn a maximum of 5 rewards for coffee, hot chocolate, and salep purchases between March 25–31, 2026.
• Earned reward coffees are instantly loaded as a QR code in the “My Rewards” section once the campaign conditions are met, and can be used between March 25–31, 2026 at participating Petrol Ofisi stations that are Positive Card members and have Tchibo coffee agreements, for all coffee types, hot chocolate, and salep purchases.
• Reward coffees earned within the campaign will be loaded instantly and will be valid only for coffee purchases at Petrol Ofisi stations that are Positive Card members and have Tchibo coffee agreements until April 15, 2026, 23:59.
• Users who do not download the Petrol Ofisi Mobile application, complete customer registration, and join the campaign cannot benefit from the campaign.
• Petrol Ofisi reserves the right to modify or terminate the campaign at its sole discretion.
