I would like to add a new vehicle to the AutoMatic System. How can make a new vehicle request?

Please fill in the Fleet Information Form and e-mail it to the relevant department at afy@poas.com.tr

I changed/sold my vehicle, what should I do?

If the license plate number changes, it is not possible to continue to purchase fuel with the same device.

Please dismantle the device that will not be used, send it to our Headquarters. For your new vehicle, please fill in the Fleet Information Form and e-mail it to afy@poas.com.tr from your e-mail address with company name.

How do I install the device?

You can install the vehicle identification unit and ring device in our assembly service points. Our installation service points are available in the section ‘Installation and Service Centers.’

How can I perform transactions on the website?

You can get detailed information about our website by contacting our Customer Representatives at 0212 329 17 00 once you have received your password for web service use.

Is there a specific limit on the number of vehicles to be included in the AutoMatic System?

There is no limit on the number of vehicles to be included in the AutoMatic System.

Do we pay a fee to join the AutoMatic System?

No fee is paid when signing up to the AutoMatic System and installing the equipment on the vehicle.

Does the vehicle license have to be registered with the company?

No, it does not. In the event of written notification by the customer, rental/other vehicles may be included in the system.

Can the equipment on a vehicle be dismantled and installed on another vehicle?

It is not possible to dismantle the equipment on a vehicle and install it on another one. The equipment installed in the fuel tank is manufactured in such a way that it cannot be used again if it has been dismantled. The device destroys itself during dismantling.

How do I get my user name and password?

When you e-mail your request to the following e-mail address from your corporate e-mail address and provide information about the person for whom you need a ‘username’ and ‘password,’ your request will be handled by e-mail as soon as possible.
